Booking Policy

At Ordinary Sports Group Ltd, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our clients. Below, you’ll find the key terms and policies regarding booking, cancellation, and waitlisting for our retreats and services. 1. Booking Your Retreat Booking Process: To confirm your booking, you must complete our booking form and pay a non-refundable deposit (£150) at the time of reservation. The full payment is due 60 days before the retreat start date. Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers and credit/debit card payments. There are no additional fees for these payment methods. Booking Confirmation: A contract between us and you will exist once we issue a booking confirmation following receipt of your deposit. This confirms that you have accepted and agree to be bound by our Booking Conditions. 2. Cancellation Policy Cancellation by the Participant: More than 60 days before the retreat start date: You are eligible for a refund, minus the non-refundable deposit. Less than 60 days before the retreat start date: Unfortunately, no refund will be provided if you cancel less than 60 days before the start of the retreat. Cancellation by Ordinary Sports Group Ltd: In the rare event that we must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of any payments made. However, we are not responsible for any additional costs you may incur (e.g., travel costs). 3. Transfer Policy Transfers to Another Participant: If you wish to transfer your booking to another person, you must notify us at least 7 days before the retreat’s start date. Both you and the new participant will be responsible for covering any administrative fees and any other costs incurred in making the transfer. Changes to Your Booking: If you wish to make any changes to your booking (e.g., date, name), we will try to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee it. Any changes will require written authorization from the lead name on the booking.
