Day Itinerary
Address: The Belfry Hotel and Golf Club, Lichfield Rd, Sutton Coldfield, B76 9PR
Dress Code: Golf attire (playing), Smart Casual for dinner (suits, ties or jackets not required)

10am - Registration
When you arrive, Belfry staff will direct you to the Sutton Suite, which will be our private base for the day. Register, sign up for the extra fundraising competitions, pick up your vPar live scoring device and grab your coffee and bacon roll. You have full access to the Belfry's practice facilities too - limber up and get ready to go!

5:30pm - Trickshot Display
Straight after the round, players will gather back at the Sutton Suite - grab a drink on the terrace and watch on as Kevin Carpenter entertains with his live show.

12pm - Welcome
After you've warmed up and had your breakfast, there will be a briefing back in the Sutton Suite for all players at 12pm. Here, you will be guided how to get to your first hole on the shotgun start and provided with any other important information.

7pm - Dinner
After the Trickshot display, guests will have time to take a quick shower and freshen up with a change of clothes for dinner, which will be served at 7pm in the Sutton Suite. Dinner is a 3-course set menu and dietaries will be catered for. Feel will be relaxed and informal.

12:30pm - Shotgun Start
Players will make their way to their starting holes on the Brabazon and the tournament will begin! The format will be team stableford, best two out four scores to count. For the Team Captains, there will also be a separate individual competition.

9pm - Afters
After dinner, which will include a silent auction and Q&A, guests can make their way home or for those staying (hotel rooms are available on site) there'll be some time to celebrate the day and the end of the football season.
